About Us

Kimco Exchange Place was established to facilitate 1031 tax deferred exchanges nationally. We focus on providing quality 1031 exchange replacement properties as well as traditional commercial real estate investment properties. We have a national inventory of single tenant triple net and multi tenant retail, industrial and office properties as well as a large selection of shopping centers for sale. We specialize in putting buyers and sellers together to transact 1031 exchanges and identify suitable replacement properties as well as traditional commercial real estate investments.

As a subsidiary of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM), the largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers, we have access to a large inventory of 1,973 properties comprising 183 million square feet of leasable space across 45 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and Chile.

Kimco Exchange Place sells commercial properties consisting of shopping centers, power centers, single tenant triple net restaurants, other NNN leased retail properties and NNN ground leased pad sites for Kimco Realty Corporation. In addition, we market retail, office and industrial properties as well as banks, marinas and golf courses for third parties nationally.

By offering Kimco owned properties alongside third party inventory, we are able to offer a larger selection of triple net retail, office, industrial and shopping center investment opportunities. Prices range in size from $300,000 to over $50,000,000. Currently third party brokerage deals account for 25% of the properties offered through the Kimco1031.com and KimcoExchangePlace.com web sites, which average over 170,000 hits per month.
